About Jack Justice


Areas of focus include management/staff training, customer service, and call centers.

He is an adroit communicator with highly-honed skills; adept at developing and administering classroom-based, web-based, and computer-based learning.

Twenty years as a small business owner have provided him with a rich trove of sales and customer service experience;  Additionally, some 27 years as a choral director have prepared him to work with, guide, and mentor adults with diverse ages and backgrounds.


Jack is a Certified Instructor for both DDI-the premier management and staff development organization, and HDI-the leading call center training and certification organization.  

He has a Masters in Education from Hunter College of the City University of New York.  He holds Microsoft MCSE Certification and currently is working on Web Development Certification at Kennesaw State University.


Jack is active member of the Atlanta and National chapters of the American Society of Trainers and Developers (ASTD®)
