About Patricia Justice


Areas of special focus include EEO Compliance, HR Audits, and Root Cause Analysis of employee issues. 


Patricia assists organizations by:

She has worked in complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-faceted organizations and has successfully dealt with a wide variety of personnel from entry level to Boards of Directors.


Her range of practice covers single to multiple sites and services, franchise and company-owned ventures, national and regional operations.   She understands the challenges of 24/7 shift issues.


She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and facilitates classes to prepare candidates to sit for the PHR/SPHR Certification exams. She has a Bachelor of Arts and a Standard Secondary Teaching Credential from the state of California.


Patricia's expertise is enhanced by her affiliation with SHRM, SHRM-ATLANTA, Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, and Cobb County Chamber of Commerce.  She is an avid supporter of non-profit organizations in her community such as the Mayor's Youth Program of the City of Atlanta.


She has served on the Boards of Directors for Key FCU, Catawba County United Way, Houston Northwest Medical Center ESOP, Texas Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and Houston Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
